Located in the Kansas City River Market area, 531 Grand is a mixed-use building that features 185 residential units, a parking garage, fitness center, club house, and 10,000 square feet for commercial retail space.

 

What We Did: 

Taliaferro & Browne (T&B) provided civil engineering services including grading, utility services,stormwater detention design, and streetscape design. T&B also provided land surveying services including a topographic survey, property survey, and preparation of a lot consolidation.
